This is a non-mechanical, visual inspection only. The representative or company carrying out the inspection will not be responsible for any damage/defects before or after the inspection is carried out. This includes any items that may not be visually identifiable at the time of inspection.
The inspection is only current for the date and time of inspection. It is not a roadworthy check nor can it be used as one. It is the buyers responsibility to assess the vehicles condition at time of sale. The inspection is to carry out a visual overview of the vehicles condition at the time of inspection.
During this inspection, vehicle components will not be removed.
Subject to any applicable laws, the representative or company will no provide any guarantee, warranty or representation regarding the reliability, accuracy, nature or completeness of any information contained in the inspection. The report will not hold any other guarantees, warranties, representation or fitness of information contained in the inspection for any other purpose.
The representative or company will not be responsible for any terms of agreements or transactions or conversations between any persons in relation to any vehicle inspected. The representative or company will not be responsible for any disputes/contention between parties in relation to any transactions.
The representative or company will not be liable to you for any loss of use, production, revenue, business or data. They will not cover any financial costs, increases in operating cost, economic loss (both indirect or consequential loss or damage).
